. IMO there has been little promotion for the exact reason that Swartz has been eliminating his position.. How do you think the SEC would react if PTSC had been pumping the entire time Swartz was selling? IMO PTSC has not been purposely keep[ing] the SP down.. it's just a by-product of eliminating Swartz...Banosser
i agree with you Ba that he made a new deal under which he must go...
the terms, as usual, are handled behind a curtain....Skadar
So......A simple man might look at this sitution and come to the conclusion that PTSC made a deal with Swartz a while back where by Swartz utimately agreed to either be out all together or at least under five percent by either the release of this quarter's report in April or by the date in May (I forget the exact date) when his "contract"expires.
PTSC can not "hype" the stock too much during this period for fear of being accused of the obvious SEC infractions but they certainly "chum"the waters with licenses as needed to keep the SP within ranges that fit for our PE albeit in the conservative range.
This "agreement" has caused Turley et al to have to sit on there hands to some degree (which they have done a fine job of ) but they have done so knowing secretly that when the deal is consumated that the Swartz legacy is finally over and all the good news to come will affect the SP as it should.
And as for the NDA ..."it" had nothing to do with this "deal"...PTSC had nothing to do with "it"..".it" just happened to fit in to the grand scheme of thiings.
