It's not about "that Swartz does what is best for Swartz". It is about that he does it period. Not many companies survive the death spiral. It's not so much the companies that get hurt, it's the thousands of shareholders who believe in the company, without fully knowing that the Swartz's of the world exist behind the scene. I've known about this arrangement for sometime like most here. Thank goodness we survived. How many other BB companies have you invested in that no longer exist?
