Don't you think a better scenario (for both PTSC AND S&L), especially considering the current share price, would be for them to negotiate a purchase of S&L's shares? I ask this based on the assumption you're making that PTSC is waiting on S&L to exit. PTSC can get more shares than they would by open market buys AND get rid of S&L, and meanwhile S&L could get out in way that doesn't drive the market down, which despite what some have said here, hurts S&L, as it makes their shares less valuable.
