Obviously I wouldn't want to either.. but whose to say they'd be so generous?

I am out of my bounds here.. but IMO a R/M where we would have our shares purchased from some entity, be it TPL or someone representing TPL, is not the road I want to travel... If it (R/M) were to mean we would remain shareholders in a public co - TPL/PTSC being a new public co... I would have to do alot of DD before I would consent
