There is a semi up-to-date copy posted in the 'Link Library' on the left hand column ... or you can save it to your bookmarks or favorites.. just change the name so you can always find & access..

--I have always thought the 'Link Library' should be labled something differnet as in the DD Page or something as such.. so it would be more readily recognizable by people cruising the forum for info.. but that is jmo
