Now you are asking some good questions.

Do you or anybody else on this board know, who in person was responsible for the PDS-Master-Agreement? Which board member decided to share the patents between TPL and PTSC ? Who decided to replace Mr. Wallin and to appoint Mr. Pohl as CEO as a result of this solution? Who is responsible for the fact, that PTSC nowadays is in such a great position? Who has a seat in the PDS Committee and is representing the rights of PTSC and the shareholders?

But, why don't you go look up the answers?

By the way, this is no campaign. I'm just asking a simple question, looking for confirmation on who is leading this company now. I'm not comfortable following everybody around not knowing who is in charge - or accountable; not here or in life in geneneral. We have a new CEO and no COB, so who is taking responsiobility for the decisions that are now being made?

My guess is Gloria and Helmut are much stronger than we think/thought. I believe she was a trustee for Helmut's partner from Nanotronics???

I don't like Carlton Johnson on the board at all. However, he may not be harmful to us if Swartz is simply a shareholder like us.
