I have been around for over a year and I did not even know we had a shareholder representative. Does anyone know if he receives compensation for serving in that role? Can any of his defenders tell me what he has done other then articulate a problem every couple years? He may be an intelligent great guy but if his does not actually do anything then can we get someone who will? I posted a question yesterday for Brian to please explain his role as shareholder rep and what he is or is not able to do and received no response. Now more then ever, we shareholders are starving for information, any information, and the idea of a shareholder rep sounds like a good opportunity to get information to the shareholders but nothing. I have no personal bone to pick with Brian, I just want information!
