If this was true, I don't believe anyone would have been unhappy with our representation. As it stands, I, for one, did not feel I was being represented, because there was no, or very little, communication from our rep.

From what I have read here on the board, Brian deserves everyones respect and thanks for past efforts, but I wish he had found a way to make his 'voice' heard during some very difficult times during the last year (+). I wasn't at all sure that he was relaying our concerns to the BoD. We we pretty much on our own, trying to figure things out ... completely bewildered at times.

I fully understand that Brian was not at liberty to tell us confidential information he may have learned from the BoDs, while representing our interests, but he could have told us that our concerns were being addressed.

All of this is my own personal opinion.
