It might well be all down to Brian, conversely it might have something to do with the fact that there was more to report.

As shareholders were completely unaware of what was discussed, a simple outline would have sufficed, even as bullet points, thereby enabling posters to see what was being addressed, and the possibility of raising further matters of praise/concern. It would then be for PTSC to address these points at their discretion.
