That is not a shareholder representative you describe that is a lackey for the company. How can you argue that shareholder representative should not be expected to communicate with the shareholders? It's a one way street? We dont ever get to be informed of the response to whatever issues is presented to the company? Whats the point, all PTSC has to do is read this board to know what are our issues or set up an email account to receive questions or issues. As a good guy or a bright articulate guy, Brian maybe great but as a shareholder representive that some of us did not even know about, who has only communicated on this forum 6 times in 2 years, that nobody really knows what he is supposed to be doing - and he is not telling us, whats the point. Either it is a completely meaningless title and who cares or it does mean something and we need somebody to really represent us, starting with defining what is the role of a shareholder representative.
