I hear ya, but consider the (probably higher tier) need for PTSC/TPL to maintain credibility, confidence, trust and respect from existing and potential licensees. Which comes first? Would you sacrifice one for the other (us)? Especially if there are legal ramifications.....

While frustrating as all heck, the silence/obfuscation should not be a surprise - especially if any of my conjecture has the least bit of credence. In other words, I see it as a very positive sign.

But I'm delusional, and KNOW nuttin'!
