I only started following the paper trail of the patents at the USPTO since 04-16-2008 but here is the history of their progress since then FWIW:

'148 located at "File Repository (Franconia) as of 04-16-2008 then moved to its current location "Record Room 308-2733" on 04-25-2008.

'336 moved to its current location at "File Repository (Franconia) on 04-17-2008.

'584 moved to "Record Room" on 04-18-2008 then to "File Repository Holding Area" on 04-22-2008 then to its current location to "Record Room 308-2733" on 04-25-2008.

I didn't note where they were prior to these dates...anyone know?

Maybe they're going in circles as questions are being answered..or not?

Note that '336 has remained in the Franconia location but the '148 and '584 have been moved to the same location.

This is just an observation I have made and I don't know what to make of it except that there is progress being made IMHO.

Any other observations/comments by more knowlegeable posters would gladly be appreciated.
