No I don't believe the settlement was a material event. Have you seen anything to make it a material event? Maybe we got a little money, maybe not. Maybe we are going to get some money, maybe not. I believe everything is being thrown into the crater and when we get validation the volcano will erupt and we will have 8ks coming out of our _ _ _es.
