I thouhgt that in general the reex. take approx. 18-24 months. We've menawhile reached October 2008 and the first reex. start was somewhen in March 2006.

I know, the PTO is a governmetal instituion and there isn't much TPL/PTSC can do. However, if I want that the MMP licenses are high which more or less depend also on a postive reex. , l would insist at the PTO as often as possible.

I'd really like to see a least one final decision in October or November, so we get a first guidline what we can expect.
