Hope you are not saying that jury is going to overturn the PTO having reexamined the patents. As far as infingement, the T3 have indicated they want to get a license, just don't want to pay much for it. Jury is going to feel sorry for them? Guess I just don't understand why prolonging it is a logical option, no matter what the statistics say. I guess we agree to disagree. Opty
