Thank you for that explanation. It is very helpful to me to understand the issue. I am of the opinion that PTSC should be cautious and avoid commenting on an issue between a private company (TPL) and Moore. To offer a comment runs the risk of involvement in the legal dispute between the two parties. As long as their dispute involves the distribution of the 50% licensing revenue they recieve and not the licensing process itself there is no need for PTSC to be involved. On the other hand, if their dispute effects the licensing process then clearly PTSC has an interest.
