Thank you for your thoughts on my question with your background I place much weight on your opinion.
Due to these recent developments which shed much needed light on who Dan Leckrone is as a person for shareholders invested in PTSC, my thoughts are in line with yours and I too found it odd that he was speaking up for older BOD members for PTSC at the last share holder meeting. I know when SHM minutes were posted on this forum I thought it was odd that these BOD members did not speak up for themselves and that Dan Leckrone spoke up. It almost appeared that they were silenced to the point that he was controling what was said at PTSC as well. This very thought popped into my head this morning when I was laying in bed. Now I can understand that there should be concern as to the relationship of Dan Leckrone with at least some of the old guard board members at PTSC. I would bet money that we will not see Dan Leckrone at the next shareholder meeting, let alone see him answering non MMP licensing issue questions again.
RG seems like a good guy so far, I can understand how he can be growing stronger at PTSC as he seems to be one of the only people in a management position that shareholders trust the most right now based on his performance so far. And with these latest public disclosures of Moore's, concerning Dan Leckrone and TPL, I would think that this provides an opportunity for RG to distance himself and PTSC from Leckrone and become more powerful in dealings with Dan and TPL in the future. In other words an opportunity to exit from underneath Leckrones thumb and I hope he takes advantage of this opportunity.
These findings also bring into question Pohl's charecter even more based on some of the decisions he made as CEO and is association with snakes like Swartz and Leckrone.
All the best,
Steve
