Thank you for your informative take on the Moore/TPL issue. Although I am concerned I also agree that PTSC probably needs to stay neutral for now. Obvoiously in light of these new facts many including myself have probably changed their minds about there trust in TPL and especially Dan Leckron. This is the Biajj we've missed on this forum. Thank you again and I look forward to any more input you can provide.

Do you think this could be part of the problem why the patents are being rejected by the USPTO? Is it possible that the USPTO is aware of Moore's claims and the rejection allows more time for TPL and Moore to work this thing out? I know you don't kknow the answer to this but I would like to hear your opinion.
