I haven't a clue. With this recent news regarding Moore/TPL dispute plus the action in USPTO anything I was considering went out the window. I do not like to speculate, take wild guesses or dream up scenarios or conspiracies. All that tends to give me headaches. As Jack Webb would say, "just the facts." Just have to wait and see how it rolls out.

I am trying to be optimistic with the belief that the examiner issued the rejection to move it off his books and assumed an appeal. That way it would be looked at by the "three wise men" of the appeal panel.

Should have kept my mouth shut because I got "promoted" out of the mailroom. I liked it there. It was cozy and that is were the booze is stashed. LOL
