Please re-check your dates on this. Per my understanding, there was a 6/3/09 addition to the 336 USPTO file that a notice to the 3rd party requestor of the reexam that a decision will take place within 3 months from 5/25/09. That would put the date on 8/24/09. Correction welcome.

Not that it affects me, but I hate to see false expectations.....
