I suppose I should have listed my post title as "Determination on latest round of '336 re-exam requests due by next Friday".
While you are correct, there was additional activity, per the USPTO site, Fish & Richardson LLP (I believe on behalf of Sirius, though not sure) submitted a re-exam request with a record date of 4/24.
Subsequently, White & Case LLP (on behalf of HTC) submitted 2 other re-exam requests, one dated 5/26 for the '336, and one dated 5/29 for the '148.
I believe they are treated independently, as there has been no official merging of the requests by the USPTO shown, though I think what happens on one, may be indicative of what happens on the other. Therefore, the first one is due on 7/24 as I noted. I'd assume that the action taken on the first one, if it results in a rejection, MAY be indicative of what might happen to the second one, and conversley, I'd suspect if it results in an acceptance of the re-exam, then the second one would likely as well, or at best, wouldn't matter since we'd be in another re-exam status.
So while you point out the additional activity, I'm pretty sure my original post stands in that the determination on the Fish & Richardson LLP request is due by next Friday.
