Thank you for the clarification. However, IMO, unless the re-exam requests are based on exactly the same thing(s), I am not as confident that a decision on one would have any influence on the other. Also, refering to your original post on this and accompanying narrative, I'm less confident than you apparently are that these decision dates have anything to do with when a revised decision on the '336 may be forthcoming. I believe the 3 months is their standard time alotted for these re-exam decisions, so outside that specific context, they are meaningless. JMHOs.

Thank you again for the clarification, as I'm not as on top of things PTSC as I once was, and I didn't realize there were two requests being considered.
