Maybe you don't understand the point of my response.
More directly, it is the company's LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY to issue FACTUAL and CORRECT information about its activities. Obviously, mistakes can be made, but when they are, it is the company's LEGAL RESPONSIBLITY to CORRECT them.
Obviously, the company agrees with this in that they even did so on info that they simply projected, ie. the guidance for PDSG where the FACT was that they were projecting $3M to $6M in revenues and when that FACT was no longer true, ie they were no longer projecting that revenue, they issued a PR to correct it.
If, in your opinion, you find it acceptable that FACTUALLY INCORRECT statments be issued by the company, then that's your perogative. If you want to promote that view by the implication of your last post, then you should be prepared for someone to counter your opinion.
