Do you seriously doubt that Baroni's LLC will ever be established? IMO, your concerns will only hold water if Baroni's LLC never actually materializes beyond being cited in that PR. And when it does become "visible" and verifiable as a corporate entity, as I'm confident it will, your over-a-week-long complaining will look pretty pointless.

I refuse to discuss this any further. It is pointless.
