Fact is, eh?...lol....I'd love to agree that that is the scenario. But if that were the scenario, then the company could have easily said, "the formation of Baroni Mangement Company LLC is in process". They could have stated such in the PR, or absent that, they could have clarified a shareholder's questions when I asked, since I can't find a listnig for them, a website for them, or a registration for them, can you please clarify. It ain't rocket science to respond with something similar to "it's in process". lol
How can I give you details about anything about the Baroni Management Company LLC's effect on PTSC. That's the point, lol. We don't know anythig about it, other than PTSC has hired them to do a strategic assessment of PDSG under the direction of Greg Baroni. Do you even know if Greg Baroni is a member of the LLC? Sounds like he probably is, but what if it's actually his wife that's the member, or his Dad? While I doubt Eric Swartz is in any way involved, the point is you and I don't KNOW do we? Who else might be partners with him? Is Lowell Gifforn? How about Abramoff? PTSC's a blind enough gamble as it is, NOW you want and PTSC expects that I should just blindly gamble on the who/whats/wheres/and hows of the companies they hire? LOL. I'll pass on your bet.
