They chose the most restricted view possible and then refer to the NDA.I want to know why.
I tried to answer by providing the pertinent section of the Master Agreement, in the hope that the more able would pick up on it It appears that I will have to be explicit.
The NDA is between TPL, a private company, and the licensee and/or litigant. For a complete legal analysis of the Master Agreement and the ramifications for PTSC, I humbly suggest contacting attorneys competent in Contract, Equity and SEC compliance.
The voluntary disclosures would make your opening statement incorrect.
