This company has not been in an ideal situation since it has been involved in litigation involving the crown jewels, the MMP. Until this first hurdle is overcome, and someone pays big time nothing the Board or anyone else does is going to amount to anything. I don't think there is really anything else left to say about that. We were a one trick pony until recently, everyone knows it. The Board is not involved in litigation proceedings. So I guess during this whole process we should have had Board members who were con artist to help maintain an unsubtainable share price. License fees have gone down significantly. What input does our Board have with that?
"Think I'm the only one with the opinion that we need new senior leadership in the Boardroom at PTSC ?"
No. I am of that opinion also. But the time and way you are going about it is completely useless, and does not serve any purpose. You may be scaring potential new investors away actually. What purpose does that serve? If you can't create a positive, then don't do anything.
"Leadership has failed to attract smart big money with our business plan. ..ask yourself "why".
Because the smart money isn't going to come until there is a reason. Unlike me they are not going to get themselves in a situation where it takes years to break even. Smart money doesn't gamble on crap shoots. It takes advantage of a situation, rather than being taken advantage of, and the slightly less smart follow them. That leaves us. Way ahead, or behind of the curve. I couldn't make a living using other peoples money on plays like this. I think they would fire me. If I want to gamble with my money that is my business, but if I had a high profile job would I risk it on this kind of play.? Not at least until I was sure the patents were going to be reissued. Thats why it is called smart money. Time will tell everything.
Good luck to you
