You are telling us that the BoD should not have been aware of the significant obstacles we faced, anticipated the issues, and perhaps taken alternative action? Wow.
"If the S&L issue didn't have to be resolved, if licence revenue followed the initial trend, if there were no challenges to the validity of the patents, then, and only then, can the performance of the executive officers be challenged."
In other words, if it were a perfect world and there were no issues to manage, then our BoD would of course then look pretty good. I can't decide if that is piffle or pure drivel.
I humbly suggest that if the running back keeps fumbling the football, you don't keep handing him the ball.
