Your right that PTSC made poor decisions with some of the money they took in. As you say $150,000,000 is a lot of money for any company to take in and be sitting at .15. Its crazy.

Imo Swartz had more control over PTSC than anyone and Pohls relationship with Swartz is a real big question mark for me.

But I also would have to say that PTSC has done some positive things with the money as well. Such as pay off debt, aquire Crossflow and invest in other companies with promising future potential. Allthough so far we have not seen any major sales of the PDSG products, the potential looks good if we can believe that RG is the right CEO and he has guessed correctly.

I think all of us are on the same side here. We all want a return on our investment or at least recover our investment.

IMO the BoD has very little impact on the SP right now and the damage is done. The question is what happens from here. It seems we are very close to a recert of the 336 plus PTSC isn't a one trick pony anymore we now have PDSG and this could take off soon. Unfortunately more patience is required.
