1. we buy a company what still is a startup not more but if we see now the revenues numbers we pay to much

2. the ARS was a AAA rating investment sorry but thats called every man in the wourld as save investment but after the crisis is nothing the same

5.For the crossflow buisness you need time but time cost money gouverment contracts need time and if crossflow makes 10mio revenues in 2010 the shareprice goes nowere we need the mmp to rise all know that here.

6. what change is we pay 500k every month to tpl plus we have the burn money company still today crossflow but hopefull all this money come back someday
