Do you really think TPL is "on the ropes"? Do you honestly believe they don't have the capital/access to capital to carry on the fight? What is the net worth of the Leckys, alone? I doubt this is truly an issue. Yes, they are fighting with Moore - because they can, and they'll probably win, or at least come out okay.

Along these lines, Moore should have taken the advice of John Fogerty: Before entering a big contract:

- Take it to your lawyer to check it out.

- Take it to a second lawyer to check the work of the first lawyer.

- Take it to a third lawyer to check on the other two.

- Then, never, ever, sign anything until after you have your Mom read it!
