You have to be kidding me. Those are your examples of "wrong doing"?
Having the SHM in Chicago is wrong doing? Yes I'm sure the SEC is going to go all out in getting to the bottom of that one.
Poor hiring decisions. Hiring RG was wrong doing? Everyone seem to think it was a good selection at the time. Perhaps if they failed to terminate certain people, then you might have a case of wrong doing.
The leases. Pease provide all the information related to when each was signed, for how long, if subleasing is possible, restrictions on each lease, whether any single lease has sufficient space to hold all current and future employees along with the cost of such consolidation. Perhaps then we can define whether PTSC might be able to make a business decision to consolidate and when. But the fact that they haven't taken any action to consolidate is wrong doing in your eyes? Yikes!
The Iameter investment was RG's idea. There seemed to be some logic to the acquistion at the time. But RG is gone, and isn't that partly the reason why RG is no longer there? RG perhaps made a bad business decision. Where is the wrong doing that you would like investigated?
I'm sorry, but none of these response rise to the level of needing any investigation by anyone. To think that they do, is absurd, IMHO.
