I'm not saying there was wrong doing but I do think there is a great potential for wrong doing. I would think it would be valuable to have inside information when you knew in advance that the news event coming would be favorable or unfavorable. We know that some of the news was good and the stock rose after the news we also know that some of the news was bad and the stock rose before the news but was viewed unfavorable and dropped after release, such as Sony and the J's settlement. I'm just saying to me it would be worth looking into his sell patterns as it related to the news.

I think given the relationship of all three that there is great potential for corruption in this case.
