Ineptitude, while a valid reason for BoD replacement, probably isn't an SEC violation... outside of Fiduciary Responibility.. tho, with these guys' track record I'm not so sure...

IMO the possible hiring of a Shareholder Rights attorney is different.. Looking into the Master Agreement and if it favors unduly one side or the other.. Looking into the accounting of PDS and the three Managers (one who is supposely Independent) whose responsibility it is that everything is cosher.. Of course there's always the Swartz death spiral financing that netted Swartz multiple 100s of millions of shares and warrants and took our OS from 35M to over 400M, complete with CJ sitting on the BoD.. as well as Pohl...

It is not a consideration to be taken lightly.. cost, stigma, and the results still may not produce what is desired.. the thought of it turns my stomach... just as this stock's performance has..

Perhaps we will get good news at the ASM.. not holding my breath.. I am hoping tho we hear something very positive from the PTO soon re '336... and perhaps TPL will see fit to sell a MMP license or two again... its been awhile...
