Jep, frustration is part of this investment, I know this since autumn 2006, but who is really to blame...? Maybe I'm more optimistic (or blind...lol) in that I still don't see any failures by the company.
Just take a look at the common timelines for patent rexaminations - and then compare it with PTSC:

Wasn't it three or four compared to 17 (!) against the MMP?
It's my belief/hope that the US are not a corrupt country where it is able for big companies to steer the directions of an agency like the USPTO - there HAS TO BE an end to this incredible long re-examination process. And we are all gambling this end will be the start of a big development and bigger profits - but we all knew from the beginning this would be a gamble and not a safe play.
