Are you trying to support my point, or refute it.
Convertibles were eliminated, taxes after taking advantage of the substantial built up tax loss benefit were paid at a net discounted rate, and they settled the suit with the co-inventor.
All that in the context of the $123M plus, $25M plus per year average, and the best we get is a sub $9M market cap bump and a 2 cent per share price decline!!
Wow, the market respects our BOD even less than I was pointing out. Afterall, settling a lawsuit with the co-inventor, eliminating a toxic financier, and paying our taxes in full, should put a gold star on the markets outlook moving forward for the company.
Add to that the REALITY of an ongoing licensing program and formerly and currently VALID "patents on water" and the probability of the near end to re-exams of them and all the potential that represents, and yet with THIS BOD, all the market is willing to value the company at is 13 cents! Sure ought to tell you something. Squandered is too lenient a word.
