For a resolution to pass, 75% must vote in favor. With PTSC holding 50%, it would be highly unusual for an alleged TPL employee to vote against their employer.

There are 3 members on the PDS Management Committee 1 TPL(Leckrone), 1 PTSC, 1 neutral

2 votes dictates. The neutral vote had to have come our way indicating Leckrone was making decisions without the other two voters signing off.
