I'm not a proponent for BoD change just for the sake of change, and it strikes me as unusual that one of the most vociferous "knows exactly what it takes" yet hasn't seen fit to assist those who might get on the proxy, merely testing if they know.

If I wanted change, and knew "exactly what it takes" the last thing I would be doing is proclaiming my knowledge here.

It's all about action, in my very humble opinion.
