I'm pretty sure SGE's intentions are sincere. My point is simple, take the necessary steps first. Then forum members can engage in meaningful discussion. Most all the topics have been discussed adnauseam through the years. Before everyone heads back down that path, it is only fair that investors know the person involved has officially taken the proper steps.
