Again, the bottom line is that this entire matter is rather irrelevent to PTSC at this point, because of the passage of time and resolution of the dispute. The ultimate dollar amounts "are what they are" as you suggest (recognizing more money will be directed to PTSC from future MMP revenues per the settlement agreement). But I do believe my numbers do "back into" an ultimate MMP license portion of $5M - coincidence or not (and I think not). It's in my attempted calculation of the total value where the numbers go haywire, and don't fit.

The only continued relevance is how all this impacts DL in his other disputes, and any resultant fallout on PTSC (which could be positive or negative). And THAT is why some watch with great interest. I watch from up in the stands - not from the sidelines.
