I believe that unless and until enough Shareholders are willing to generously dig into their collective pockets and raise adequate funding for their voices to force a change upon the BOD of this company, the BOD will continue their business as usual behavior. I strongly suspect that that observation/calculation is evaluated by the company on a regular basis.
