I'm going to jump in here because these kind of comments are either completely ignorant, or I have a total misunderstanding of the history of PTSC. Please clarify biajj's "professional" background with the BOD as you understand it. Please be specific and explain his role with the company, the compensation he received, the decision and agenda making authority he had within the organization, the dates of his hiring, his firing, and the nature of his employment.

You claim to have an understanding of these topics, so please enlighten me as my understanding had led me to believe a totally different "truth" than the one you seem to have reached.
