If you read the legal filing, you will see TPL tried to argue to the court that ChetBrown should've received his % after monies were distributed from PDS, meaning PTSC would've received their share first then Chet would've received his from TPL's portion. The judge ruled against TPL's interpretation of the contract because there is no governance process to deter Leckrone from setting up other holding companies to syphon more money from the MMP. I am hopeful this is the only contract that supercedes the MA between TPL and PTSC.
