The fears that I have are Leckrone has leveraged the MMP via "carve-outs" and he realizes that the only way for him to make real money is not through profits but through ongoing litigation and legal expenses. Moore thought the same thing in his law suit. Hopefully now that our BOD has full knowledge of our partners true behavior and modus operandi they have crossed every t and dotted every i when it comes to our dealings concerning our only source of revenue (MMP). The pattern has not changed IMO the scant information and now delay of the proxy is par for the course. Hoping this time is different...praying more like it.
