no need to get around. i.e. pds gets 100 , brown gets 3,5, ptsc gets 50, tpl 46,5.

tpl then has to split with moore, based on the agreed percentages, i dont, have on hands what it is. but if there is a 60/40 split moore/tpl, then moore gets 30 and for tpl remains 16,5.

that is my understanding.no?

(i am not taking expenses etc. into consideration for this example.)
