I should add my prior post is not meant to excuse contracts. We now see the issues almost 2 yrs after the fact. I do hope there are not other arrangements and hope Chet was the only one significantly involved contractually regarding licensing %s. Otherwise, how much is being syphoned off before PTSC gets its share?
