Not sure what your actual message is. You seem to disagree with me, but don't directly say what you disagree with. I was arguing against the replacement of TPL/DL. You say you don't necessarily want to replace PTSC management. Two different things.

PTSC management has had their blunders, no doubt. But again, that wasn't the topic of discussion, at least in my post.

As for guidance from them, I'm sure it is being formulated. As SGE says, some things still have to unfold (appeals, ITC, new licenses). So do I think PTSC management is negligent for not having come out with anything within 6 business days of our court decision? NO.

Do you think TPL/DL/Alliacense should be replaced. I would welcome your argument either way.
