Leckrone lies, cannot be trusted, and has damaged our credibility. This is obvious by the HTC filings. (2) Not specific to your post, but rather a question, is PTSC management culpable? Maybe Cliff was sending us a message when he wouldn't buy shares? Maybe that was Cliff's way of saying, sorry guys, the license fees coming in are low. Also, you made the inference that TPL asking for $280M was just their way of getting HTC's attention and that TPL wasn't really expecting that much. Well, HTC sued us to get us to cease and desist, so the inference could be made that we never backed off from that amount. To answer your question, based on what I know made available via the HTC pacers, I would be happy to see Leckrone gone. We need Alliancse so that will not happen, but I would appreciate/demand PTSC management getting more involved in overseeing the monetization of our only asset so that we do not get any surprises like we did in regards to the AAPL debacle. I am happy we got the verdict. Very happy. However very disappointed in what came to light with the trial. Yes we won, but what are we worth?
