Now, you're all hung up on the Settlement dollars of HTC. Regardless of what it is, and I have already written that I suspect it will be generous in relative terms to the trial award. Unfortunately, you fail to understand the long term impact, and where the real cost of that settlement lies.

No I am not hung up on it. The settlement dollar amount is a factor that may prove to be useful in future settlements. I get that the fact that we settled may make licensing more difficult in terms of achieving larger amounts in the long run. And maybe our BOD made a mistake AGAIN, but with the judge and Otterson in the mix I am not so sure that the picture you paint is the total picture. For your sake in this discussion I hope I am way off base and the BOD made a bad decision and you can be proved right. But for the shareholders sake ( and I think you still are one to some degree ) I hope the BOD and Otterson made a wise decision this time. Maybe they knew they would not and could not win the case! ( Who is “they”? Exactly it could have been HTC or PTSC that knew the real situation and thus “they” settled ) I believe you would have gone for broke and so would I. That’s not how it turned out.
