When I signed off a post after the Filing indicating a Settlement with HTC, using.. "With a wimper, it's over", I was not referring to PTSC's existance or the company's income prospects being "over", I was referring to what was the battle for positioning, for leverage, that hostile legal faceoff which is now "over", and which I believe resulted in establishing unwritten "ground rules" between the MMP licensing program and future licensing infringers.

Along with this settlement, I believe we've probably come to an "understanding" with the major players who are a part of the global Microprocessor industry.
